If your product is not avaliable or discontinued, we will contact you within 24 Hours to offer alternitives or refund
Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Access, Solo, Switch, Maestro or Postal Order. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to “Green Dragons Leisure Ltd.”. Please put your cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number on the reverse of the cheque.
All payments must be received 7 days before the commencement of your flight/course.
If any training day is cancelled half way through the day due to bad weather, you will be credited with half a day. This half-day must be taken within 6 weeks. Please rebook as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
All credits will be held for one year from the date of the flight/course booking.
Due to our commitments to instructors and flying sites all year round, we cannot offer a refund policy on courses.
If you wish to reschedule your course you must give us 48 hours notice. If you do not we will endeavour to fill your place, but if we are unable to do so you will loose your days credit. |
